Show an icon on the default combo box.
improve scrollpanes to fill unused space when scrollbar isn't shown.
add optional text entry to combo box.
fix scrollpane not scrolling by the correct amount when dragged
fix scrollpane bounds not being consistent depending on how it was scrolled.
