Contact Role on Opp breaks when contact name not found #2

When adding a contact role to an opp, if you provide an ambiguous name an error message correctly tells you multiple contacts found and select from the picklist. However, the save link is gone so there is no way to save your selection.

Can't reproduce. Maybe we can look at this together.

Ok, I am not able to replicate on Groundwire instance. Not sure what changed to fix this, or whether I was entirely mistaken.
