@LisaAlmarode, this exchange with @jbrichau should provide fodder for a getting started with tODE doc, since the first thing any user wants to do is create a new project (project new) or set up to use an existing project, which is what @jbrichau is asking about

For these docs, I would like to work through the various scenarios with you and make sure that the tODE commands involved are behaving the way that makes sense and sense will depend upon how we think the commands should work ...
