Right align setting doesn't work

Righ align window setting doesn't seem to work on a simple display. Left align and center works, but "right" places the window at the center and not at the right of the screen

Ubuntu 14.10 with unity dock always displayed

works fine on ubuntu xcfe (xubuntu 14.04). right align is ok.

Not working on 15.04. "Right" isn't exactly center, but about 2/3 of the way to the right. "Center" is about 1/3 of the way.

look like unity broke this feature :(

Would it be easy to hard code it to be stuck on the right and ignore the setting? I never would want it to be anywhere else and could just modify my local version.
