Line 2, the last item for URL points to a missing item.

I spotted in line 10 of https://github.com/HL7/cda-eyecare/blob/main/_updatePublisher.bat that the URL is invalid.
Not sure if there are others but some checks might want to be performed and chats with web folk and maintainers of other repos....
