Wrong verfication code for HRNetV2-W18-Small-v2 and duplicate in big models #80

Hi,

I find the verification code is wrong for HRNetV2-W18-Small-v2. Meanwhile, the first two models baiduYun version of HRNetV2-W48 are as same as the middle two. And I cannot access all of onedrive links.

I update the link for HRNetV2-W18-Small-v2.

The first two models and the middle two are the same, which are the same model evaluated on val and test set.
