Tapping the arrow at the end of account set up multiple times creates multiple beginner tasks

if you're on a slow connection, or servers are slow, theres a high likelihood of tapping that button many times and ending up with a full list of duplicate beginner tasks (ie 'tap here to edit this habit' x10)

solutions:

• only allow one tap then show a loading circle to indicate something is happening
• change the way we populate those tasks
