Describe the bug
Selected date is highlighted twice when the first of the visible day is selected

To Reproduce
Select the first of the two 28'ths shown in the screenshot below

Expected behavior
Only the selected date is highlighted

I'm still experiencing this issue with the latest (6.9.0) version. Any updates?
