I don't believe this and #52 will be necessity for the first release

its a future issue. I myself am not sure what the exact law is but i know that every webpage should have at least a contact page, and a page which states half-obivous information like that every request is temporarily logged for debugging purposes and such and that the requesting ip may be saved for a short time in the logs and such.
