Automate instance handling

The current process is too prone to faults.

• Central way of storing info about instances?
• Selection of instance to operate on should be easier (env?)
• Customization should be repo independent (another repo or module)
• Combine database and instance name
• Additional CLI commands
  • Rename instance
  • Pack up instance
  • Remove instance
  • Create new instance
• Integrate green/blue testing process
  • Definition of environments
  • Selection of environment
  • Path adaptation for environment
  • Archival of old environments
  • Run archived environment
  • Reset to archived environment? (ie. make it productive again - what to do with newer data? backmigrate?)
