Issue to track the progress on the Roadmap item "The user chooses nothing, and random genomes from RefSeq genomes are selected"

add new 'refseq' input option (with 'bacteria', 'viruses', 'archaea')
Get random genomes with Entrez
write to multifasta file
Simulate Reads all the same
