iOS testing for speech triggered after a promise or parallel to web socket needed

Sometimes iOS and iPad OS does not start to speak. It does not trigger any exception, at least my exception to HTML events didn't catch it.

Without a Mac I can't test it further.

If not, then just warn developers that iOS speech sometimes just don't work, and it needs much more testing than Firefox or Chrome since each project could have things running which throw Apple's implementation off track.
