This is on a hrev56168, not sure how related it is, had a KDL when inserting a USB stick and mounting it.
Had to do a re-install for Haiku and after updating it to the latest hrev things worked fine, only Pe crashes when opening a file (launch).
Adding debug report.

Still a valid issue? Haven't seen Pe crash at opening a file in the last couple of years.
