Weapon/Gear lockers in ONI base have the wrong M7 magazine boxes

Description of issue

The gear locker has boxes of M7 SMG mags for the guns, but the SMGs within the lockers are the M7S variant. The magazines don't seem to be interchangeable, which makes them unusable unless somebody gives you the magazines.

Difference between expected and actual behavior

Should be a box of mags compatible with the M7S

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the ONI base, and the canteen.
2. Go to the gear lockers and open them.
3. Grab a M7S and one of the magazines from the M7 mag boxes.
4. Magazine is incompatible

Length of time in which bug has been known to occur

Probably when the lockers had M7 mag boxes added into them.

I found out XO removed interchangeability after I already put these changes in and forgot to correct it, I'll fix it up after work tonight. Thanks for reporting!
