Description of issue

UNSC M9 frag grenades and Covenant plasma grenades do not detonate when activated and thrown on a turf, they can only be triggered to explode by hitting/sticking another player with said grenade.

Difference between expected and actual behavior

The grenades that should be exploding if you active them then throw them onto a turf are not exploding.

Steps to reproduce

Get either a plasma grenade and or a M9 and experiment priming and throwing them at a turf.
