Is tehre any reason to have custom wpa_supplicant@.service instead of standard one? When using your repo and add NetworkManager it cannot start wifi interface. When remove @ from wpa_supplicant.service and use wlan0 in service file then it works fine. This is more question like bug. Thanks.
