Small fix for SXOS users

Creates a /sxos directory in the sd card root for those who don't already have it (and experience a black screen because of it)

Added blacklist

You can now prevent cheats for a specific game to be overwritten by listing them, one per line, in config/cheats-updater/exclude.txt

Improved clean up routine

When choosing to delete all existing cheats, empty title folders will also be deleted
