rigctld backward compatibility broken #246

rigctl from latest master does not work with 3.3 rigctld or earlier 4.0 rigctld.
Some clients like Log4OM can no longer read frequency.
Appears the extra VFO parameter from 'f' is perhaps causing the problem.

rigctl -m 2
Is broken getting any VFO using either old rigctl or new rigctl. So new rigctld is broken here.
Rig command: V VFOA
VFO: set_vfo: error = Protocol error
