Selecting option FT-dx101D in JTDX radio tab and using SPLIT mode ('Rig' option in JTDX) causes alternating VFO-A to VFO-B switching during TX.

Setup:
Yaesu FTdx101D linked to the Yaesu SCU-17 interface which is connected to a laptop
RTS is not used (RTS is not supported via serial interface of radio itself) so the CAT command to PTT is used instead
Baud Rate 38400
FT-dx101D radio selected in JTDX

Findings:

When SPLIT mode is not selected all seems fine (positive). When SPLIT mode is enabled, the radio alternates between VFO-A and VFO-B. A second receiving radio observed the incorrect TX frequency used when (the incorrect) VFO-A was selected for TX. In case of when radio FT-dx3000 model is selected in JTDX, this alternating VFO-a to VFO-B is not present. (But causes other issues, read on).
