Port hs.hints to hs.canvas

Unless I'm missing something, we really ought to be able to replace hs.hints with a fairly small amount of pure-Lua that uses hs.canvas and hs.windowfilter (and the bonus there would be taking automatic advantage of the known-bad apps being filtered out)
