I have a need.

question

I set a global hotkey cmd shift v by Alfred app. and my WebStorm also have a app-level same hotkey
when I trigger cmd shift v when active WebStorm, alfred's feature work.

I want

when I active WebStorm , gloabl hot key not work ,I can trigger app-level .
when I leave WebStorm , enable global hot key.

I have another method, set another hot key ,like ctrl shift v. but I want to keep the same hot key.
