[Feature Request] HandBrakeCLI: Add source option to select playlist on BDs

Describe the feature you'd like to see added to HandBrakeCLI:

It would be very productive if you could add an option to select the playlist instead of the title number for BluRay sources. Other apps sometimes ignore short titles, but the playlist number is persistent across all apps (AFAIK).

In my case I don't know the title, so I had to scan everything, save the output to a file, find the playlist, determine its belonging title number, delete the file and start HandBrakeCLI again with the determined title number.

What version of HandBrake are you currently using? (e.g., 1.0.0)
