change language from audio or subtitle source

Description of the feature or enhancement you'd like to see in HandBrake

Hello, every now and then I have the problem that the audio track in the source has the wrong language (e.g. English instead of German).
Is there the possibility in Handbrake that, for example, the English audio track has a German tag instead of an English tag?
Here in the example it should say German instead of English but Makemkv recognized the audio track as English.

the same for subtitle language
