Is your feature request related to a problem?

At present, one must navigate to each project to determine the supported platform(s). I understand the filter options, but they don't indicate the supported platforms in a list. And on an author profile page, the filter options are not present, so indicator icons would be especially useful.

Describe the solution you'd like.

Add platform indicator icons to the overall (Home) and individual project listings. For example, something like:
screen

Describe alternatives you've considered.

At present one can filter these lists by platform, but that doesn't display that some projects support multiple platforms, while others support (for example) only Paper.
