The game runs just fine and I can see the DX12 option enabled at menu. When I load any map, I can move just fine for around 5 seconds before the entire system starts to slow down, even the pointer, to the point it freezes. The only way to recover is getting to another TTY and close the game.
System information:
GPU: AMD RX580 8GB
CPU: Intel i7 4770 (Haswell)
OS: Arch Linux
Kernel: 5.8.7-13-tkg-pds
Well.. I managed to run the game no problem now. I was placing the d3d12.dll at the executable folder, which was leading me to this problem.
Now I put the d3d12.dll at System32 folder and linked it as Native at winecfg's libraries tab. All good now. I don't now why this made any difference, but it did..

I tried with:
Self compiled Wine + Wine-staging
Frogging-Family/wine-tkg-git
Vanilla Wine.
