Error with Resources files.

libraries.xml and signatures.xml seems to not be importing or referencing correctly,
when initializing an Inspector object got exception:
Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files\XXXXXXX\6f43660d\e1324bc1\assembly\dl3\a89da7d3\00b357a1_c2c6d201\Resources\signatures.xml'.

Added the files manually but since the directories seem to refresh due to being temporary directories the error keeps coming back.

I pulled the packages through NuGet on Visual Studio Enterprise 2017, and pulled Verifiler and Verifiler Core version 1.2.
