Describe the bug
Student onboard view still produces unique constraint error

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

register a new student
upon successful login onboard is called
after onboard hub is presented
then after when logout and log in again
now onboard view is called again

Expected behavior
On second login onboard view shouldn't be called.
