Add Invert Y-Axis and Apply Right-Stick Aiming to Z-Weapon Aiming #3304

This applies the current Right-Stick Aiming option to z-weapon aiming (with no target), and adds an option to the Additional Controller Options menu to invert the y-axis during z-weapon aiming.

Notes:

  • There was some discussion around the number of Invert-axis options during PR Add Shield Aim Invert X & Y Axis Options #3055. I've split this out, as it feels different enough from first-person aim and shield-aiming to warrant it. It's probably closest to free cam, but it could be confusing to find this if someone wasn't using free cam.
  • I've added this to the first-person section, even though it uses the third-person camera, to match the Shield options, which also uses the third-person camera.
  • For the right-stick aiming, I followed our current path of enabling side-by-side with the original left-stick aiming, causing the extra logic in setting the max/min.
