Convert exchange coin price to evaluate more buy/sell opportunities to a common coin.

Use Case: IDEX or EtherDelta/ForkDelta exchange have coin pricing in Ethereum and it would be helpful to convert those buy/sell prices to BTC so it is easier to evaluate opportunities and they can be included when comparing other BTC comparisons.
