作者您好，在使用您的代码时我发现了一个小bug，图像压缩过程中的第二步RGB转换为YCbCr, 并进行颜色下采样时，由于对原始 YCbCr 图像进行 4:2:0 颜色下采样，可能会导致CbCr不再是长宽为8的倍数，所以会导致dct变换时出现报错。我粗浅地认为可以将第一步将图像的长宽补全为16的倍数来解决这个小bug
