FetchPlanNotFoundException if run a report for all entities in the browser

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run an application
2. Import the attached report
3. Open Application -> Users
4. Select several users
5. Click on the "Print reports" button
6. Click on the "Print all" button
   AR: Exception is thrown
   

In the CUBA add-on the same case is executed correctly.
