Jmix Studio plugin version: 1.1.SNAPSHOT3518-212
IntelliJ version: IntelliJ IDEA 2021.2 (Ultimate Edition)

Steps

Create a new single-application Java/Kotlin Jmix project
Create a local git repository in the project
Make init commit with all files
Make some automatic changes in build.gradle, e.g. change database type via Jmix tool window
Open commit tool

AR: the commit includes the removal of three spaces that were originally in the project template
