Add ability to not show and calculate in pass rate skipped tests

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We have a very big automation team that works in squads, each of them is responsabile for another area, so we have diffrent scripts to run tests per squad. When running the report it also shows the "skipped" ones - which are the tests not related to them, and thus showing us a low pass rate

Describe the solution you'd like
Not calculate the skipped tests in the pass rate, it should be a parameter to not impact others who do want that

Describe alternatives you've considered
In many of the reports you can opt out of counting skipped, for example, report-portal

This repot just showing a very simple failed rate result, do you means to show this rate result with ignore skipped tests?
