Implement - Website generation on GitHub Page and replacing Hugo/Jekyll frameworks with WebBook Level 1 (Unofficial Proposal Draft by Daniel Glazman: See #16 | On a basic level can Vivliostyle implement this for us as an output from Fidus Writer using ist GitHub exporter. We would need some Javascript for the menu and the ability to apply a CSS style. To also combine W3C Publication Manifest (W3C 2020) https://www.w3.org/TR/pub-manifest/
