Heatledger 0.9.14

We are happy to announce that we believe to have solved the bulk of the issues related to mining and
handling of unconfirmed transactions.

As an experiment we are allowing all nodes with a HEAT balance and running at least this 0.9.14 version
to start mining again. If this test works out as expected we will be enabling miner rewards shortly, right now
no rewards are paid to block creators.

  • Order cancellations are handled correctly now
  • Unconfirmed transactions are distributed and forwarded over the network better, fixes have been applied
    to handling of unconfirmed balances which was a big cause of forks.
  • Virtual balances / real-time balances kept in the external off-blockchain database model are now updated
    by directly listening to balance changes on the blockchain

And many more fixes, have been applied. Please give it a go so we can see the network get healthy again.
