Part 1:
Clean the padding of the bio in the csv file, change the state name abbreviations to their full names using the state abbreviations csv file, and to normalize the date and offset it to a new column if the date was invalid.
Part 2:
Scrape a sample site listing of companies, access each company url and store the collective company data in a json file.
