It is a [session 0 isolation] problem on Win2008 or above.

Currently simply remove the "AllowWindow" parameter and added a Interop.cs for the preparation.

If you are trying to launch a desktop-related program, you may need to create these 2 folders.
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\Desktop
C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\Desktop
