array coordinates missing

I'm trying to use the BayesSpace package on a TENxVisiumData dataset and I noticed that the ones I tried (cancer-related datasets) are missing the array coordinates in the colData.

Despite general plotting does not require array coordinates, clustering methods like BayesSpace requires not only pxl coordinates but also array coordinates.

Is there a way to easily fix this?
