Chapter 5 environment file

Hi @Brandonleighpanos, do you happen to still have the python environment you all used to generate your HelioML chapter? If so, could you produce a conda .yml file and post it here?

Background: we're working on including an environment file for each chapter so that these things can be better encapsulated, particularly where different chapters are using conflicting versions of the same python packages.
