Server: Fixed issue with connection responses returning a 0 UniqueID. Fixed some ambiguous logging. Added message sending overloads that take in a bool for using default encryption on serverside peers. Fixed the logger not being initialized in the ServerPeer base class. Fixed AsyncConsoleLogger stack overflows and reimplemented using stringbuilders. Now catches and logs exceptions about invalid parameter lits for params object[] overloads before rethrowing the exception up.
