Possibility to show icons as squares and not only circles

This will result in squares with rounded edges in this example:

The Volla launcher keeps the circle placeholders and inserts the squares inside. Also the icons are not exactly in the middle of the grey circle plus in some cases you see the color of the underlying icon stick out on the edges (NewPipe, TC, Tastatur):

Other launchers take the changes into account (example screenshots of Simple Launcher with some widgets in the upper area):

This has the advantage that the space is better utilised and icons are more readable plus there would be optional space for an additional column.
