- In some cases, SIM cards are not recognized in Volla Phone 23. In this case, use the other SIM slot.
- In some cases, the device cannot log into the Wifi hotspot of a Fritzbox. Please change the encryption to WPA/WPA2-Personell.

- Update fails on devices that have been reset to factory defaults. A solution for these users is in the works. In the meantime, an update can be performed via the SD card in this case.
