Describe the bug
When SoulBound Entitys are in Different Dimensions or too far away, and get unloaded. The world doenst recognize the Entity by their UUID anymore
To Reproduce
Throw SoulBound entity into portal and wait a few seconds.

Expected behavior
The SoulBound entity should stay loaded, and be found correctly
