Generic JSON linter (with key reordering, missing key warnings and errors)

It looks like this script could be made quite generic to handle all sorts of JSON files. The wipe and *onPrivate settings are quite specific. For the first one I think their are better tools (ncu), and the second one could still be emulated either by using a different config file for private packages, or using an arbitrary JS file for config. There are other JSON linters out there but I could not find one that covers the use case we have here.
