Leaderboards

It'd be super awesome if you're able to get the GameLeaderboard and GameLeaderboardEntry classes ported (and convert the XML leaderboard data). So far SteamCondenser is the only library I've seen that is able to request the leaderboard data for a game and was super bummed when I realized it was wasn't available for Node.js yet.

The official WebAPI for ISteamLeaderboards/GetLeaderboardsForGame and ISteamLeaderboards/GetLeaderboardEntries are only available to the publisher. The only alternative provided by the official API is to use the depreciated Community Data XMLs (which you may have to use, I have no clue how SteamCondenser is doing it).
