[0CC-FT 0.3.15.1] Module properties, export WAV and export NSF windows don't show up

Whenever I try to open either the module properties, or try to export a WAV or NSF, the window doesn't show up, the play-bar goes gray, and the whole program won't respond, but you can get out of this state by hitting the escape key.

(Using Win7-64bit, if that helps at all)
