wav to dpcm in 0cc-FamiTracker not working

i tried importing wav to dpcm but it stays silent after i imported it.

Bumping with the same issue.
Windows 10 1909 x64, 0cc ver 0.3.15.3

No WAV files will successfully import into the program. The loaded file will always have a size of 4081 bytes, but will show nothing in the DPCM sample editor.
Last downloadable version has no such issue (0.3.15.1), nor does the last release of Famitracker.
Issue persists when replicating on a separate machine (Windows 7 SP1 x86)

Attached screenshots of the DPCM samples in the instrument editor (both are the same sample, one converted from Famitracker, the other imported into the current version), as well as the DPCM editor
