Add a subprocess reader to capture logs from a subprocess. This may be better solution than the stdin_hack reader for certain environments.

This reader could potentially capture timestamps along with log messages as it more diriectly controls the application.

There may be issues w.r.t. zombie process management if woodchipper is killed.
