“千万别点”Rickroll随机比例建议减少 #398

描述

目前千万别点中rickroll触发概率感觉有些过高，十次中有2~3次（不知是不是我运气太好）
希望降低触发概率

原因

不同于其他“千万别点”中的内嵌特效，rickroll需要呼出浏览器，假如用户设备配置过低或浏览器是初次启动，会造成较严重的卡顿，比较影响体验。
此外发声可能影响摸鱼（？）
