При выводе результатов поиска ссылка на репозиторий открывает карточку оного, но при
том URL не валиден.

Пример: https://friends.hexlet.io/repositories/?sort=name&search=nodos

Ссылка ведёт на "https://friends.hexlet.io/repositories/1", что не есть верно.

Проблема, похоже, в том, как генерируется id при добавлении репозитория вручную. Это, почему-то, единица

Ладно, похоже, трудно воспроизводимый баг. Закрою пока
